About the Event

The Abu Dhabi Baja Challenge, a new motorsport championship, has been launched by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) in collaboration with the Emirates Motorsports Organization (EMSO). Kicking off on October 12th, 2024, this exciting event will take place across four rounds, two in 2024 (October and November) and two in early 2025. The championship is part of the broader Abu Dhabi 360 initiative, which promotes an active lifestyle in the UAE.

Open to rookies, amateurs, and experienced athletes, the event aims to develop talent for future competitions like the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge (ADDC). With prize money and developmental opportunities, the Abu Dhabi Baja Challenge serves as a 'feeder series' for those looking to enhance their motorsport skills.

This new championship aligns with the ADSC’s mission to grow the sporting talent pool in the region, offering participants the chance to compete and improve in both four-wheel and two-wheel racing categories.
